FAQ

Where are your orthodontic offices located in the Denver area?

We have two convenient locations: one in Denver and one in Highlands Ranch. Patients also visit us from surrounding communities like Littleton, Englewood, Centennial, Lakewood, and Lone Tree. Whether you’re looking for braces or Invisalign, we’re easy to reach and happy to help.

Do you offer both braces and Invisalign®?

Yes! We provide comprehensive orthodontic care, including both traditional metal braces and clear aligner treatment like Invisalign. During your consultation, we’ll help you decide which option fits best for your lifestyle and smile goals.

What ages do you treat at Union Orthodontics?

We treat patients of all ages—children, teens, and adults. Whether you’re starting early with Phase I treatment or an adult finally ready for Invisalign, our orthodontists in Denver and Highlands Ranch are here for you.

Do you accept Medicaid for orthodontic treatment?

Yes, we accept Medicaid for qualifying orthodontic services. If you’re unsure whether your child’s treatment will be covered, our team can help guide you through the process.

What’s the difference between Invisalign and braces?

Braces use brackets and wires to gradually move teeth, while Invisalign uses a series of clear, removable trays. Both are effective for orthodontic treatment, and we offer both options in our Denver and Highlands Ranch offices.

Do I need a referral from my dentist to schedule an appointment?

No referral is needed! You can call either our Highlands Ranch or Denver location directly to schedule a complimentary consultation for yourself or your child.

How long does orthodontic treatment usually take?

Treatment time varies depending on your unique needs. Most patients wear braces or Invisalign for 12–24 months, and we’ll give you a personalized estimate on your first visit.

Is Invisalign a good option for teens?

Absolutely! Invisalign Teen is designed specifically for growing smiles. Many of our Highlands Ranch and Denver patients choose clear aligners for their flexibility, comfort, and discreet look.

What types of retainers do you offer after treatment?

We offer both fixed (bonded) and removable retainers to help maintain your smile after braces or Invisalign. Our team will recommend the best type for your needs and show you how to care for them.
